This is a very nice family campground off the beaten path. The owners keep the campground very clean. Hot clean showers. Very nice playground area, including shuffleboard and volleyball. They had a few boats for rent. They had a nice campstore and a barn with some arcade games, ping pong, and a pool table. We stayed in the campsites right across from the playground and they were nice size lots, grassy, and plenty of shade. We would definitely camp here again.

The sites along the river were very big and well marked. Each had a fire pit and picnic table. The sites were grassy and well maintained. They do not have any showers or flush toilets. They do have a small playground and a small above ground pool. There aren't many 'extras' at this campground, but if you like to sit next to the river and fish right at your campsite this the campground for you. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. They did advertise a pool table, ping pong table, etc located in a rec building, but that building was never open when we were there, I am not sure why. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This campground was mainly seasonal campers. And most of those campers were run down, dirty, and need to be retired. There were families living there in their van for weeks. The campsites are extremely close and there isn't much room to park your vehicle. There were A LOT of drunks and a lot of barking dogs. I would not recommend this campground.
